How You’ll Receive Your Gift
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines
For every Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines sailing, your complimentary Champagne and chocolates are carefully packaged and posted directly to your home before your cruise departs. This allows you to enjoy them before you travel or save them until you return home.
Royal Caribbean & Celebrity Cruises
For Southampton departures with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises, your complimentary Champagne and chocolates are also posted directly to your home before you sail.
P&O Cruises, Cunard & Princess Cruises
For Southampton departures with P&O Cruises, Cunard and Princess Cruises, your complimentary Champagne and chocolates are delivered onboard for you to enjoy during your holiday.
Before every sailing, we personally deliver your gift to the cruise terminal where it is handed to port security. From there, the port and cruise line arrange for it to be taken onboard and delivered to your cabin.
As the delivery process is managed by the port and cruise line once the gift has been handed over, Ocean World Travel cannot guarantee exactly when your Champagne and chocolates will arrive.
In most cases, your complimentary gift is delivered a couple of days into your cruise rather than on embarkation day. Delivery times can vary depending on the ship’s procedures, security processes and itinerary, but rest assured your gift will be on its way for you to enjoy during your holiday.
