2. ABOUT OCEAN WORLD TRAVEL
Ocean World Travel is an independent cruise specialist and acts primarily as a retail travel agent for the Suppliers whose travel arrangements are displayed and sold through our Website.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in your Booking Confirmation, Ocean World Travel is not the organiser of your holiday and does not provide the travel services itself.
Our role is to arrange bookings on your behalf with the relevant Supplier.
Your contract for the provision of your travel arrangements will normally be with the relevant Supplier or Organiser, whose Booking Conditions will apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
Copies of the relevant Supplier’s Booking Conditions are available on request and should be read carefully before making your booking.
Where Ocean World Travel acts as the organiser of a package holiday, this will be clearly stated within your Booking Confirmation.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By making a booking, submitting an online booking request, paying a deposit, making full payment, or otherwise instructing Ocean World Travel to make travel arrangements on your behalf, you confirm that:

- you have read and accepted the relevant Supplier’s Terms & Conditions;
- you are at least 18 years of age;
- you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of every passenger included within the booking;
- all passengers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Supplier’s Terms & Conditions;
- all information supplied by you is accurate and complete.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not proceed with your booking.
